We accept returns of unused products purchased on splashinthbox.com with accessories, manuals, documentation, and any other items that were included in the original packaging, within thirty (30) days after the date of delivery.

- The product may be returned within 30 days of delivered date in unused and unopened condition. Items not in these conditions will not be accepted.
- The customer is responsible for returning the item in its original packaging.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping fees unless the product has defects in material and workmanship. No return handling fee.
- The customer will be responsible for any damages during the return process due to their negligence resulting in a deduction in the total refund.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

- Used items
- Packaged without the original protective packaging and cartons (inner and outer cartons)
- Missing product accessories, materials, and documentation
- 30 days after the date of delivery of product
- Shipping service charge
- Purchased accessories
- Purchased from other than splashinthebox.com
- Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
